Leighton Weaver is the Co-Founder and Partner of ClearLift Consulting, where he helps business owners strengthen their financial operations and make confident, informed decisions. A Birmingham native and Auburn University graduate, he spent over seven years in public and private accounting before founding Weaver Accounting & Consulting in 2020 and later co-founding ClearLift in 2025. Leighton is known for his steady leadership, practical approach, and ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether on the golf course, in the mountains, or at the beach with his wife.

Allison Savela, CPA is the Co-Founder and Partner of ClearLift Consulting, bringing more than 12 years of experience advising real estate developers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. A Birmingham native and Auburn University graduate, she built her career at RSM, advancing through the firm’s tax practice to Senior Manager. Allison is known for her sharp technical insight and calm, client-first perspective. Outside of work, Allison loves spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She comes from a large, loud Italian family surrounded by food and laughter. She loves spending time at the beach and finds joy in watercolor painting.

Natalie Wilson is an Accounting Manager at ClearLift Consulting, where she supports clients with financial reporting, accounting operations, and process improvement. A University of Alabama graduate based in Nashville, she brings more than 15 years of experience in both public accounting and industry, including prior roles at PwC and RSM. Known for her attention to detail and steady, client-focused approach, Natalie helps ensure ClearLift’s clients have accurate, reliable financial insights to guide their businesses forward. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, maintaining an active lifestyle, and experiencing fine dining.
